amusement and educational purposes. The Project is provided free of charge, generates no
revenue, solicits no payment, serves no advertising, and is offered “AS IS” and
“AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but
not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or your
ability to land a 200-note streak.
2. Third-Party Content & Music. The Project does not host, own, sell,
or license any musical recordings. Audio is streamed at the user's direction from an

from Apple Inc., or any artist, label, or publisher. By using the Project you agree to comply

3. Fair Use & Takedowns. The Project is intended as transformative,
non-commercial commentary and interactive entertainment. If you are a rightsholder and
believe content is being accessed improperly, the appropriate remedy lies with the upstream
third-party service; the Project itself stores no music.
4. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable
law, the creator(s) of the Project shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the
Project, including but not limited to fictional booing, bruised egos, or repetitive-strain
fretting injuries.
